使用二次编码挺高清晰度，但是压片时间是原来的2倍
对影片大小影响不大，影响影片大小的主要是平均码率~最大码率

平均码率小于500，rv9和rv10基本无区别，二次核一次编码画质也基本差不多，二次编码可能更差，所以平均码率小于500。推荐rv9，使用一次编码即可，速度快，画质也不会比片源差很多。
