3.包皮上出现不正常的斑点变化时，因为这很可能是阴茎癌的前兆。

这可不是割包皮了
可能连老二也要一块切
只要是正常时经常包住的
建议割，怕藏污纳垢
其他的包茎是一定要的了

我觉得割包皮也不是完全为了自己，也是为了老婆好，不割的话，老婆很容易得妇科病的
