（求助）怎样上传图片和怎么做bt种子

想发点图片赚点金子，早点摆脱不合格的尴尬处境，可是刚刚看了“我的权限”，我只能发bt种子，但是自己不会做。。。。。求版主帮帮忙pm告诉我，谢谢，感激不尽感激不尽

版主和3楼蝈蝈给我发的网址进不去啊，用了代理都不行，为什么啊？建议出个新手攻略，这样我们这些新人就不会这样迷茫了。。
