性活动中射精的发生需要在短时间内消耗大量能量，所以过后会有疲惫的感觉。尤其是手淫，消耗能量更多。如果把做爱比作长跑的话，手淫就相当于百米冲刺，虽然时间更短，但是感觉更累。
