无需限制，自然为好

性活动和人生其他活动一样，要善始善终，听其自然。凡事以实际完成为目的，不可以时间限制。比如做饭炒菜，应以做熟可食为基本目标，如果按时间规定，难道不熟或烧糊也能吃？性也一样，一分钟射了难道还能坚持？插20分钟不射难道要立即拔出以保健康？
